Returns & Exchanges

At Valfré, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items with all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse team to inspect your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your selection.
